DIVI Theme, Last blurb in column won't display icon

    At the bottom of my page, on the right, is a “blurb” labeled links, it has a very odd quirk, that I can not seem to resolve…
    When the page loads, and I scroll down to the bottom, the icon (CHAIN), will not show up, unless I do an F12, or inspect element on the spot where it should be, then, it magically appears. HELP! Thank you.
