Divi theme on multisite

Hello,

I’ ve launched subdomain multisite on WP. I’ve created and setup main site (domain.com). Ok, fine but how to make each new site (name1.domain.com, name2.domain.com, etc.) the same setup as main? For example:

https://www.znadplanszy.pl – main site about boardgames
and
https://kwiatosz.znadplanszy.pl/
https://neuro.znadplanszy.pl/
https://squirrel.znadplanszy.pl/

authors subdomain sites – each one the same layout, same features, etc. I suppose that every new author site is created with predefine setup. But how?
