• I created a project category, and assigned it to all projects. The category does not show up in the Appearances-Menu custom menu page. I deleted and recreated it, to no avail. Everything else seems to be functioning with regard to that category – if I select it, all associated projects are displayed, for example. Categories I created associated with posts/pages show up just fine and can be added to a menu.

Additional note: I have found that the project category IS visible and manipulable in the Divi Theme Customizer menu tab, but not in Appearances-Menus. If I create the menu in the Customizer, it does show up correctly in Appearances – Menus.

You can enable the usage of your ‘Projects’ custom post type in the Appearance/Menus section by simply navigating to the ‘Menus’ page under ‘Appearance’ and clicking on the ‘Screen Options’ tab in the upper right-hand side of the page. Here you will need to make sure that ‘Project’ check-box is checked.

Projects will then display for you in the main Edit Menus section.

Perfect, thank you very much. I love Google Search…
