• Hey Tickera team,

I’m having an issue with the checkout page using a combination of Divi + WooCommerce (with Tickera / WooCommerce Bridge) + Tickera.

When adding tickets to the cart, once you arrive at the checkout page, Tickera seems to be injecting the Ticket Attendee information into almost every part of it:

    • Billing details requests Attendee Info
    • Woo Checkout Billing requests Attendee info
    • Woo Checkout Details requests Attendee info

We need to keep “Attendee info” for marketing purposes. I did notice that when disabling “Attendee info” in Tickera’s backend, it continues to request “I agree to the terms and conditions” in each of those areas, even though no data is displayed other than the checkbox.

To reproduce, please visit our URL and select an event, add a ticket or two to your cart, then proceed to the checkout page and you’ll see the issue I’m describing.

    What I’ve Tried

    • Disabling various plugins and settings in Tickera
    • downloading a woocommerce fields customizer plugin
    • clearing site and browser cache
    • crying a lot

Thanks for the help, in advance

    Hi there,

It appears that you’re currently using WooCommerce blocks on the checkout and cart pages.

Can you please try using WooCommerce shortcodes instead? Namely, you should use [woocommerce_cart] for the cart page and [wooommerce_checkout] on the checkout page.

This is only a temporary solution until our developers make Tickera work properly with WooCommerce blocks which should happen rather soon as they are already looking into this.

Please let us know if that helped.
    Thanks.

You’re a rockstar, Igor! Thank you for the fantastic support as always, replacing the block modules with the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode did the trick!!!
