DIvi Visual Builder Problems

I was in the process of modifying the tabs on this page when everything disappeared. When I view the page within Visual Builder I can see the tabs but when I save & view the page normally the tabs are not there. Within Visual Builder the whole tab section is grayed out.

How do I get the tabs to show again?
