Divide Post in Two Parts

Hi everyone! I have just created a new site, now I’ll be posting about different people I interview on it, the posts will be in two parts, 1st about the person I interview and 2nd the interview I cunduct of that person. Now how can I make a post in two sections that first only the about section is shown and then the reader must click on the interview button to read the interview, I will be using the pagination to divide the interview in multipages but I dont want to do that for about and interview, it shouldnt appear as “next page/read more”, but the link should say something like “click to read the interview”.

I am using the Hueman theme.
