I think the currency is DJF, but

tells us the currency symbol is Fdj. Anyway, you can use the following snippet to change the currency symbol to your liking:

add_filter( 'woocommerce_currency_symbol', 'change_existing_currency_symbol', 10, 2);
function change_existing_currency_symbol( $currency_symbol, $currency ) {
  switch( $currency ) {
    case 'DJF':
      $currency_symbol = 'Fdj';
      break;
  }
  return $currency_symbol;
}

You can try a code snippet plugin but they are not always successful:

Or you could make a child theme:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes
(There’s a plugin that can do it)
then put the snippet in functions.php for your child theme.

If its the only snippet in there, the file must start with <?php on the first line.
