DMCA Badge and Widgets

I’m afraid that DMCA Badge and Widgets are not compatible:
DMCA version 2.0.13 + WP 5.8.2 + Twenty Twenty-One 1.4
This happens with ANY type of badge.
When plugin is not active, the WIDGET page runs smoothly: https://ibb.co/WVwKC0y
When plugin is active, WIDGETS don’t appear in page: https://ibb.co/Bnzby1V
But now this PHP warning can always be seen, with Debug mode on:

There are improvements here. ??
Now widgets are visible and functional.
But the PHP warning can always be seen, with Debug mode on. Same message, as always.
I have reported this in the “Fixing WordPress” forum, as I’m having different situations even if I try several times.
