DMCA Badge not compatible with WordPress 6.5

The latest version of this plugin (2.1.60) is not compatible with WordPress 6.5.

When it’s activated, it generates the following error :
WP_Translation_Controller::load_file(): Argument #2 ($textdomain) must be of type string, null given, called in /home/www/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 838
wp-content/plugins/dmca-badge/libraries/sidecar/classes/

And it totally put down the website. You need to deactivate this plugin to have the website back in a normal state.
