DNS Authentification failure

  • Hello, I have a big event in 2 weeks and my newsletter won’t send because of the Authentification of the DSN/domain. I followed the instructions for day but it doesn’t work.

    There are 2x CNAMES and 2x TXT. I got the TXT to work but not the CNAME.

    I use INFOMANIAK.CH in Switzerland. My website is https://www.g-abbystale.com. I created a DKIM with CNAME and entered : “mailpoet1._domainkey” as infomaniak adds “.g-abbystale.com” automatically. Then it asks for “Target” and I added: “dkim1.sendingservice.net”. I have tried a few things for the last couple of day and nothing works.

    What have I done wrong? Needless to say that I’m a bit new to this.

    same problem here. I got the TXT to work but not the cname.

    My “Host” and “Value” info are the same (with my domain of course) as mentionned by zylaris, and it’s not working.

    OK, PROBLEM SOLVED !

    I have inverted the “Host” and “Value” infos on my provider and erased a “smigiba.fr” added at the end of the dkim value.

    What did you do exactly? I did what mailpoet says, I put the DNS records that it asks, but It says that the two CNAMES and on TXT is invalid and one TXT is pending
