DNS Records for Google Gmail

    I am configuring the Post SMTP plugin to use Google Gmail as the mailer.
    I don’t see any instructions for adding DNS records (MX, CNAME, etc.). Don’t I need to add these to help authenticate emails being sent from my website domain?

    Hope you are doing good.

    You can get Gmail settings guide from here

    You have to add MX records in your domain or hosting server then your domain will connect with the Gmail Email server.

    Yes I think a reference to Google instructions should be added to the Post SMTP installation procedure for configuring the Google Gmail mailer.
