DNS Verification

I’m trying to go through step 2 of the process inside the dns servers and have tried to scan it several times but every time it has given me an error. All the info is entered correctly so I don’t know how to fix this. (Also, inside my GoDaddy dns, I can’t go lower than 600 seconds, if that’s the issue, how do I fix that?)
