Do adblockers prevent accurate statistics?

  • The EasyPrivacy list (which, I think, is used in all major adblockers) has an entry “/wp-statistics/v2/hit?”. Can you explain what impact this may have on the statistic data collected, and if there is some workaround to get rid of that blocking (maybe by switching off a certain feature?). – Thank you.
