Do I enable PDO on new WP server or old Joomla server?

On the WordPress server.

What is PDO? How do I enable it? (sorry, this question regards the Premium Version; I have sent email as instructed)

I purchased

Import Joomla Premium (FG) + JComments module + Zoo module

and I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function xpath() on a non-object in …../wp-content/plugins/fg-joomla-to-wordpress-premium-zoo-module/fgj2wp-zoo.php on line 704
