    Hi, I was using Lifter LMS with Woocommerce until this recent upgrade and now they’re not talking. Do I have to buy the extension?

  • @hillyut,

    Yes, we made a decision to remove the free WooCommerce integration in 3.0 and replaced it with the paid add on. This was a hard decision to make and we made it after a lot of consideration. We tried to inform our userbase about this change via blog posts, emails, and changelogs. Unfortunately not everyone reads what we publish and not everyone is on our mailing lists. We tried to give warning. Sorry you’ve found out this way.

    If you have any questions about our decisions, you can read about it here: https://blog.lifterlms.com/future/

    Darn it. That might have helped my problem before….
    Yeah, it was kind of a crappy way to find out. What exactly am I getting for the $99? Just the connection between the two, right? And I have to renew it every year?
    Seems a bit pricey just for that functionality….

    @hillyut,

    If you would like to argue the merits or our pricing structure please direct your questions to https://lifterlms.com/contact.

    I am here to help with functionality and usage. I am not a salesman and I am not going to try to sell you or convince you to pay for our product.
