    Hi,

Firstly thanks for the great plugin.

I have set the purchase tag for Google adwords. My question is what about the other events like page view, add to cart, Checkout etc. Do I have to configure these manually too on Google ads. Is there a way to do this in conjunction with this plugin?

    Hi @shutterdude

No. Events don’t have to be manually configured. Here’s a feature list: https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/features/#features-1

Generally, for Google Ads, all dynamic remarketing events are available in the free version.

    Kind regards

    Hi Aleksander,

    Thanks for the quick revert.
So where can I look for tags activated other than Purchase for Google ads.
I am looking to optimize traffic to Page View, ATC, Checkout etc other than purchase. How do I accomplish this with the plugin.

Or I am completely missing something… Please clarify.

All dynamic remarketing events are being used for creating dynamic audiences which can be used for optimization.

They should not be used for creating separate conversions.

The only conversion you should track is the purchase conversion.

    Aleksander,

I’m facing the same issue. I like the plugin, but any “add to cart”, “remove product”, “begin checkout”, etc is all lumped under “engagement” events in GA4. The woocommerce google analytics plugin creates these individual events, but I like how this plugin pushes my revenue back to attributing ads, products, keywords, etc in google ads. Did you find a solution?

    Hi @straydogcommunications,

We already replied to the thread you opened here –https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/create-add-to-cart-events-and-others-in-ga4/#post-16263902.

Let’s continue our conversation on that thread and let me know if you have any questions.

    Regards,
    Kenneth
