Do I need further anti-spam plugins when using iThemes?

Hi there,

do I need any further anti-spam plugins when using iThemes?
Like Antispam Bee, Math Captcha or Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin. Are they maybe even causing troubles with iThemes?
