Do i need install wordfence on subdomain wordpress installation ?

    Hello,
    just asking a basic noob question

    i installed wordfence (free) on a domain example.com
    and i have another wordpress installation on a subdomain blog.example.com

    do i need to install another wordfence instalation on the subdomain ?
    if i buy a premium, does domain and subdomain would be different license ? or just once ?

  • Hi @wpjakarta,

    Both your sites would need to be setup with WordPress Multisite (not with the use of a third-party plugin).

    Create A Network

    If both your sites are on the same machine and set up with using WordPress multisite, then you will only need one license.
