Do I need Restart Preload After Completed Option

  • Hi,
    I have a page with no content that updates over time, no blog, unless I edit a page or a product and manually delete cache. Do I need the ‘Restart Preload After Completed Option’ checked? It may be my imagination but I find that after a good while since last editing and purging of the cache, the pages are getting slower again. Does the re-caching take place when a user views the page? Would it be better to uncheck the ‘Restart Preload After Completed Option’ and let the cached pages exist until I manually delete them?
