Do I need SendGrid for just 200 emails, just 3 times per year?

Hi Guys,
After a about three years of not sending any mailshots out I’ve decided to give it a go again. I’ve changed my domain now but my website is basically the same. I don’t want to send more than 200 emails at any one time, and this will only be perhaps 3 times a year max. Do I need to send using SendGrid or will I be okay using my own domain which is hosted with heart Internet? Please can you advise me ? SendGrid seems complex to set up and I’m not sure how to configure it although I did open a free account yesterday. I just want to keep things with Mailpoet if it’s ok to send with my own website. But I don’t want to get blacklisted as can not afford any hold ups with my normal emails not getting through.
