Do I need separate license for staging site?

    We are just getting started with our first e-commerce site and wanted to get the single site Cost of Goods for WooCommerce Pro… What is not clear is how this works with a staging site… once we install the plugin on the staging site, does that mean that we will not be able to install it on the live site, once we go live?

    Does anyone know if the single site Pro license can be installed on both a staging (only for internal use) and live (public facing) sites at the same time.

    Hi,

    The license is only required for automatic updates. The plugin should work just fine without the license.

    You can either set the license up on your staging site first and once done with development, you can use the license on your live site. Or you could simply install the plugin on the staging site without the license and only use the license on the live site.

    Remember if you decide to change your domain name, you need to re-generate the key from here.
