Do I need to pay premium version to have my ecommerce in different languages?

You can use the free version of TranslatePress for this but you will only be able to have one secondary language for your ecommerce website.

Yes you need to get it. I’m also using it to provide the best erp for non profit organizations and it works best for my website. Also, you can do settings according to your needs, you can also use transposh plugin if you want to go with a free plan.
