do i need to upgrade to premium for mobile caching?

    I am using a Neve responsive template on Elementor with WP Rocket’s Lazy Load installed, and all options on WP Fastest Cache enabled except mobile caching. My Google Pagespeed results are 97 for desktop and 58 for mobile. Do I need to upgrade to WP Fastest Cache premium and enable mobile caching if I am using a responsive template? If so, do I need to disable the Lazy Load plugin?
