do i needs to keep old+new image file name same? To update img urls in reusable

i was wandering if i needs to keep image name the same for old file and new one?

or i can just replace the old image with new one and preserving old files details (tittle/caption/description/image file link).

so i Don’t needs to manually update posts links.

also i saw that i can upload new image and update old files details to new one (including url)

but if i do this some of my image were added in scripts. Which i added in reusable block/sync pattern. So that i Don’t needs to changes images from posts. It’s kind of gallery type.

What i needs to know is if new image will updates old file url that were added in the scripts on reusable block.
