do not activate

    I Downloaded the plugin, but I can’t activate! When I click in the “activate” button it goes to a blank page that keeps loading forever.
    Happens the same when I click in the link “view details” that should open a pop up about the plugin.
    I’m using blocksy theme, WP last verson and php 8.3
