Do NOT buy a theme from HashThemes

Do NOT buy anything from HashThemes! I bought a Square Plus theme in November 2020 with a 7 days money-back guarantee. After having tried it, I realized that it is not working at all as I need it and I have requested a refund. I have contacted the seller via all provided means of communication (email, FB, website) and did not receive any reply at all. After seeing that the payment was processed by 2Checkout I have reached out to them for the refund but they need confirmation from the seller to proceed with the payment. The seller refuses to confirm the refund and is lying to me saying that the 2Checkout will give me money back in 3-6 months (which they won’t). Very unprofessional and worse of all – they are lying.
