Do Not Buy or Purchase Upgrade!

I purchased the upgrade to WP Migrate, after the Lite version failed multiple times. It claimed a timeout error on the upstream server.

The problem is there are no instructions as to how to upgrade. Every time I click the word upgrade it wants me to buy the Basic plan again.

I tried to upload the file but its not in Zip Format, only a folder which fails to upload.

Bottom line: I have proof of the purchase but no way to use it.

I can’t get a response from the email support included in the upgraded purchase.
