    I bought the both the deluxe import and export versions of this plugin as I had to migrate a site for a client. I ran in to quite a few problems with this plugin… bringing in products at crazy prices and changing variable products to simple during the import (to name a couple).

    To begin with – the support from Michael was excellent, but as the list of problems that the module was causing grew, he has since ignored my pleas for support and left me in the lurch with an angry client.

    Look elsewhere for a Woocommerce import/export solution as this one has many flaws.

    Thanks for raising this and apologies for letting you down on this one. Can you provide a Support ticket # or Order # so I can read over where things went wrong here and learn from this as I take this personally and do my best to get every customer from start to finish.

    Hi @handsome_gaz, I realise I can’t dig you out of your client crisis but I’ve processed an immediate refund on both of your purchases. I can see your existing Support ticket so will go over what went wrong here as I recall your site and conversations in detail but it didn’t come up on my support radar over the past month.

    Please accept my humble apologies for the stress caused and I wish you a speedy resolution with your client’s site, if there’s a chance you still want to resolve this please ping your Support ticket but I completely understand if you’re already using another export/import solution and have put this one in your back mirror.
