  • I couldn’t use it in this case, but I got a refund. It did cost me some trouble, because their contact form wasn’t working.

    Sometimes it may work slow but only when indexing data. This plugin is to make search faster and extend search capabilities, so in case it works slow on your installation – it’s definitely a bug or incompatibility. We have thousands of Pro users who are really happy.

    The review starter didn’t contact me yet.

    Unfortunately, anybody can write a “review” even the person who never used the plugin and never contacted its developer. It’s common practice to lower competitor’s ratings.
