Do not get check box option text in email

Hi, can you give me an example? For example send a screen capture of what you receive and one of how you set up your form?

In regards to your captcha, what have you set up under Security tab?

Thanks for helping in such a quick response. Still not getting the text form the selections just the number. Also getting the Captcha info at end of email.

None at all. I could put up with the captcha info at bottom of email but reslly need the text associated with the selection. Why is it not showing.

Hi, if the information displaying in the email is not making you happy try the following. Disable the following feature Enable sender information in email footer. under Advance tab.

In regards to your other question try this, see if this works. Add the following fields as you see them and see if they get displayed in your form and also get submitted to the e-mail.

Made change you said still no text just a number. Turned Captcha off and still got last 4 lines oon email.

Hold On. I know I did this before but I built a new form and tested with single check boxes and info came through on email, with no extra text at bottom of emial. Then added a multiple check box and all came through as it should.

Not sure why but it is working great now. Really Appreciate your help.
