Four days to setup conditional replies, context variables etc.
Two days to index key wordsAfter this we discovered- there is no way to read conversation history per user in any way. We did not bother about it because its intrinsic feature of every chatbot. What it simply shows up is mixed up conversations of all users.
To simply see conversation history of particular user who chats on my website, I need to build an app with webhooks.
This is a product for enterprise customers only, not for startups or small businesses. Avoid it all cost.
