    We spent 7 full working days to configure & setup this plugin.
    One day to take recommended course and understand ibm cloud structure
    Four days to setup conditional replies, context variables etc.
    Two days to index key words

    After this we discovered- there is no way to read conversation history per user in any way. We did not bother about it because its intrinsic feature of every chatbot. What it simply shows up is mixed up conversations of all users.

    To simply see conversation history of particular user who chats on my website, I need to build an app with webhooks.

    This is a product for enterprise customers only, not for startups or small businesses. Avoid it all cost.

    Hello @algopro.

    To save the conversations history, go to the “Advanced Features”>”Chat History section” (sample screenshot) opposite the “Enable chat history collection”, select “Yes” and click “Save Changes”. After that, all conversations taking place on your site will be saved in a database, where you can see the chat history using SQL queries or any plugins for viewing databases.
