Do not have play button in main page

I had a play button in main page. But i do not know when did i lost it. I was doing first settings from instructions. i was using Test option and i could listen the music browsing through my site. But then i did insert play list in one blog in “music” category, made that blog being reachable from “music” label in main menu. And made the category not being visible in main page.
I am not sure if i did lost play button at that point.
But how can i get it back? I did made category being visible in main page again, but still there is no play button any more.
