• This theme and its parent theme Popularis are absolute bloatware. Once installed/activated it created categories and posts about how cool and awesome the theme is. My subscribers got notified and were wondering if I have been hacked.

    Now cleaning up the mess !

    We are sorry that your site was compromised. But we are 100% sure, not through our theme. The theme is safe, adheres to WordPress code security rules, and has been reviewed by a WordPress administrator.

    There are plenty of ways to attack the web. Through plugins (poorly coded or outdated or simply hacked by default), outdated server libraries or unsafe connections…

    My site has not been compromised. I repeated same thing on a test install, once you try to automatically import settings you end up with the junk posts. There is no warning during this process that your blog will be flooded with unwanted posts/categories
