• These ones from Optimole really suck, they deleted over 400 images from my site and now I have to re-upload them manually.
Those at Optimole are really too unprofessional and sloppy in their work.
    Do not install Optimle!
The plugin and their managers really suck!

This is not true. An employee of your team wrote to me in the explanation email:

I wanted to provide some information regarding the images that were previously associated with your account. Unfortunately, these images were removed during a routine cleanup process as they had not recorded any traffic for a long time. In maintaining optimal performance and efficiency of our services, we occasionally need to make such adjustments.

I have the email that proves it. If you want, I’ll publish it in full with the name of the employee who followed up on my report.

Only after my negative review did you correct the explanation to save appearances.

My site never reached the maximum quota, I have Google traffic data to prove it!

You deactivated my account on your own initiative and without warning that you would delete the images.

You are really really really unprofessional.

    Hi @mrchreddy,

We apologize for any confusion caused. Your account was deactivated on the 17th due to exceeding the quota. This was communicated to you through two emails prior to deactivation, and it was also indicated in your account dashboard and the plugin. We acknowledge there was a mistake in our team member’s initial response, and we have since provided further clarification.

    Have a great day!

    Hi @mrchreddy,

Regarding the discrepancy between Google Analytics data and our stats you mentioned, it’s important to note that different systems may track visits in varying ways. For instance, Google Analytics might not capture visits from browsers with JavaScript disabled or those using ad blockers. In contrast, Optimole counts an active user over a 1-day interval. This means that if a user visits your site on two different days, it counts as two visits, but multiple visits on the same day counted as one. For a more detailed explanation, please refer to our guide on how visits are counted: How Optimole counts the number of visits.

It’s also crucial to know that we count one visit as a unique combination of IP address and User Agent within a 24-hour period, excluding known bots. This data can be cross-referenced with your server’s access logs for further verification.

    Best regards,

Blah blah blah… yours are just excuses.

You deleted all the images on my site without notifying me that you would do so. You did not warn me that by deactivating my account you had deleted the images.

You’re making it up to exceed quotas because I didn’t exceed them, I have the insights from Google analytics to prove it.

Your employee is the only one telling the truth about deleting the images. Everything else you say are just excuses to mask your incompetence and the lack of professionalism in the way you act.

However, in every corner of the world, Google Analytics insights are valid, except for the Optimole plugin.

You make me laugh, ridiculous and unprofessional.
