Do not load the image in the slider but the first image of the page

I set up the plugin first to be active on all pages of the wordpress site, then I tried to use the css rule but nothing. I use the Enfold theme and with the gallery the system when I try to share the image fails to take the one displayed. Only with the Pinterest share works.
