do not need to complete to register

hello. i want this to show on my registration page on my bbpress forum, which it does, but you don’t even have to complete the puzzle in order to register. i have another captcha that gives me an error message that i need to complete it, but even if that captcha is deactivated, this one you still do not need to complete it.
