• 1. Once you pay, they subscribe you to some yearly contract without your permission or knowledge and then charge you for it again.

    2. It does not work and it conflicts with other plugins.

    3. Their “support”, even if you pay extra, is like talking to someone who has learnt to read but not understand what they are reading. They say they understand and spend ages doing something completely different to what you asked for and the cycle continues.

  • Hello,

My name is Adeniran and I am indeed sorry about the current situation.
This issue is very strange to us because our systems never auto-renew for our products that can still work even after their licenses have expired. Yes, you would lose access to plugin updates and support should your license expire but the plugin would continue to function. Because of this, we didn’t think auto-renewal was necessary for the billing system of this product.

Seeing that, somehow, the billing system has turned upside down in your case, unfortunately, I’d proceed to refund you immediately.

To further address your query, may I please ask what other plugins conflict with ours? Because I looked through our records and the last conversation you had with us was 1 year ago. You had a setup issue and you confirmed that it was resolved. Please provide more clarity on this, if I missed anything.

I’ll come back here to let you know when I have successfully processed your refund.

    Sincere apologies,
    Adeniran.

    Hello @divisionx,

It appears we cannot process the refund because you have filed a dispute with your bank, so our hands are tied on issuing the refund for the renewal order.

While we wait on that, do you mind sharing more information on the conflict issue you stated earlier? I’ll do all I can to help.

    Regards,
    Adeniran.

    Hi Adeniran.

I am sorry I did not know what the charge was for since I stopped using your pro plugin on Fri, May 15, 2020 and I did not recall dealing with any company called “Orion Origin” based in Benin or creating a subscription or being informed I had created a subscription, so I disputed the charge.

The last email chain with yourself (Adeniran Lawal) started on On Fri, Mar 6, 2020 at 08:18 AM CST and ended on Fri, May 15, 2020 (about 10 weeks) without resolution so on that date I gave up and deleted your pro plugin. Our exchanges were on your intercom support system so there should be a record or I can email it to you.

The conflict I reported back then was between your plugin and the “WooCommerce Buy One Get One Free” plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/buy-one-get-one-free/). The issue was that if your plugin was also activated, all orders in WooCommerce were duplicated.

    Kind regards,

    Ata

BTW, since I thought my CC was compromised I ordered a new one that took a ten days to get to me because of Covid. In that time I had to pay with my personal CC and get reimbursed. It has not been all fun and games at my end since this incident.

    Hello Ata,

    Thank you for writing back.
I completely understand your position and I’m indeed sorry about the hassles. We’ll have to wait on your bank to resolve your refund request.

    Sincere apologies, once again.
    Adeniran.
