• Be careful before you purchase from them. They do not have a good support and do not even respond to your requests once you have paid them.

    Oh Really Jagan.2desk? Your support alias has no clue what is going on and all I hear for 4 weeks is that your own support alias does not get a response from your own billing team! Your live chat on your own site responds that we cannot do anything as the billing team is not responding. Is that how you are on top of all support issues? I would like to make aware all users of wordpress, be extra careful before paying them. They will not provide you any support when you face issues which you will soon.

    Also Jagan.2desk, you should check your support tickets and see which is pending for last 4 weeks! You, ll get my info which you need.

    I just got all the billing issues processed. I didn’t find anything with the name Mehraj. But hopefully your issue must have got sorted today as there are no pending billing tickets.
