Good plugin, features work as described.

    We are sorry to know that you are not satisfied with the plugin.

    The BOGO feature you enquired about (Any product from the same category as in the cart) was implemented on the Smart Coupon plugin version number 2.0.8 and it was released on 30 March 2023. It seems like you have missed updating the plugin. Please try updating to the latest version.

    As for the refund request made 2 hours ago, our support agents are yet to respond to the same. It will be handled adhering to our refund policy.

    I understand it has been updated, but it is still not working, if I put 2 items from the same category in the cart, it does not apply the discount, I tried with multiple items from multiple categories. Support responded and stated no refund could be issued because it has been past the time period, however I had to wait that time period for the feature to be available…

    I was able to work with support and resolved the issue after this post.
