  • I purchased the pro version and it would not install. Had an error message …
    Could not create directory. filebird-wordpress-media-library-folders/admin/plugin/mCustomScrollbar
    I needed to get 600 images sorted urgently and so immediately bought another plugin It installed straight away
    I reported it to Ninja Team and they have agreed to refund the money which is great customer service
