• Plugin did not work on our site. Support took long to get back to us and their suggested fix (upgrading the account) also did not work. This delay in support pushed us over the refund window and they refused to refund the hundreds of dollars spent on a non-working product. BEWARE – DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PLUG IN.

    Our plugin deployment takes few minutes normally. But for your case due to the environment (Bedrock), you were using it took a while, as we did a similar setup in our environment to verify the issue.

    But no worries, the last version we sent was compatible with your environment. If you can get on a call, we will make sure everything is up and running in no time!

    As we described in the email to support – the timeline did not fit our needs and was not communicated in advance. A refund is the only acceptable solution at this time. Otherwise, the charges will be disputed.
