    I replied all your queries at the support thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fancy-comments-pro-check-gdpr-nothing-happens/
    But according to the terms of www.ads-software.com, support of the Pro version of this plugin is not allowed here. As I mentioned at the support thread linked above, Facebook Comments box is appearing at your web pages (see https://imgur.com/z0GJldo) but as you are accessing the website from Europe, according to the EU-GDPR law, you need to be logged into your Facebook account to see the Facebook Comments box.
    You can drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com regarding this if you have any other issue.
