    Hi,

I have followed the steps succesfully. But now i do not know how to set up my contactform or whitepaper form. My client wants the mails to go to his 0365 account and thus when somebody fills out a form he wants to receive that lead. But now i receive nothing. The mails do not deliver.

So i fill in the from-sender and to-sender with his 0365 account. Or how do i set this up properly? Leave the default: wordpress@domain from sender?

Which plugin do you use for the forms?

I have set up an contact form 7 and an avada form for this page. Cause i dont know which might work.

So by default WordPress will use the admin email of the site. It sounds like this is not the same as the office 365 address. If so, this could explain why you’re not receiving anything, as Office 365 will effectively be spoofing the address, and spam filters with pick up on this.

The form should be set so that the from address is the address of the office 365 account in question, the reply to address should be the address of the enquiry/form submitter (if applicable).

Given I haven’t heard anything back on this I’m closing.
