    hi, great plugin thank you.

    I have problems with email:
    unfortunately the email sending is not possible.
    I have ordered 10 times, but only get emails once

    What can I do? greetings Monika

    Hi @support_home

    can you please confirm your junk or spam folder? because sometimes happens like if we are sending emails through the website it goes to spam because the “Email address” you have set in the plugin settings is not associated with the domain.
