    When trying to download a report from analytics, I get a message that says, “report has been sent to email address.” However, It does not show up in the inbox or junk folder.

    Thank you so much for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about this trouble.

    Could you please kindly share a screenshot of the section where you are seeing the report has been sent to email?

    If you are referring to the Email summaries, the emails containing reports are sent to the admin email of the site. It’s possible that you might not receive the email instantly, but it should be sent shortly after the report has been generated and the necessary cron job has run.

    Looking forward to checking the screenshot so we can understand what this is exactly about.
