    I’ve been having problems logging in to the backend for days because the 2FA code isn’t being sent. Today I’ve been trying to log in for hours, but the 2FA code just isn’t being delivered. SPAM folder is also empty. How do I get to the backend of my site?

    Hello @schleudershop,

    You can disable the 2FA feature in your CleanTalk Dashboard, please, follow this guide (find the paragraph “If you want to disable the Two-Factor Authentication Option”):

    Also, please, keep in mind that your website mail server sends you emails with the 2FA codes, not the CleanTalk servers.

    Hi Serge,

    that is what I did yesterday, and of course it works. I am just wondering why I suddenly do not receive the code, while the second admin still get it.

    I found the information, that the code is sent from our own server and not from CleanTalk. I’ll ask our hoster’s support about this. Hopefully they can sort out the and fix the issue.
