  • Industryup, Cargoup, Greenry, all throw a permissions error trying to setup, contacted Themeansar after fighting with it, tried several versions of wordpress, fresh install of wordpress, nothing seemed to work, but Themeansar never replied back, for a week I waited for a reply, I waited since I really liked the theme, was even going to purchase the pro version of it, but I will not support a creator who ignores the very people who are the very reason they are making the themes in the first place. And I suggestion you don’t either, however, its your choice. Do as you please

    EDIT: After I posted these reviews, Themeansar desperately tried to get a hold of me, so while I do appreciate some type of attempt to fix the issue I faced, I have moved onto another theme. simple as that

    EDIT2: the only plugin installed was Icyclub, the plugin specifically made by Themeansar for their themes, this was not a plugin issue. I also explained in the ticket that I was using the latest version of wordpress, 5.9.3 at the time of this review, apparently they ignored that fact or still didn’t read the ticket at the time of replying to my review on the child theme “greenry”, so they had the time to reply to the greenry review 4 hours after I posted it, but not my ticket (on their support system on their own website) until after they replied to my review.
