Do not remove value form input fields on successful sent

Hey guys,
it is possible to prevent the “cleaning” of all input fields when a form is successful sent?
I use CSS Transitions to fade out a form when it’s send but at the moment there is bumpy moment while the form fades out and the plugin removes the values from input fields.
