  • We have exactly the same issue. I’ve done all of the suggested diagnosis i.e. disabling all plugins except NextGen and NextGen Pro, also changed temporarily to a default theme. Neither worked. thankfully the site still works as it should, just without the features of NextGen Pro that I just paid for!
I’ve emailed support with login details, so am waiting for an in-depth look and response from them.

@lottr Adn @jimpmmills – we pushed a fixe for this issue today.

Just download the new Pro zip from your member account, deactivate and delete NextGEN Pro on your site, and upload and activate the new one and you’ll be good to go.

    Thanks!

    Hi

I am new user so please excuse my ignorance on this matter. I have downloaed both NextGen plugins and can create a gallery and album. However, how do I show them on my site. I want to have a menu item on the home page titled gallery then have the different albums that I create under this as a sub menu. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

@ten-point – As a NextGEN Pro subscriber I would suggest contacting our Support team directly via your member’s area at https://nextgen-gallery.com/

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
