    also , an error occurs when you try to customize the theme:
    You do not have permissions to access this page .

    I don’t know the cause of your error, but if WP doesn’t have write permission to wp-content you cannot customise things via the backend, and it won’t be able to write files. Sounds like a server setup issue.
